I’m an Occupational Therapist and a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner (FDN-P.)
My expertise lies in assisting all individuals, adults and children, to identify the underlying causes of their symptoms using functional lab testing and nutrition education. My goal is to empower my clients to overcome their health challenges and experience optimal wellness. Drawing from my personal experience of embarking on a health and wellness journey for the past 12 years, I offer customized nutritional suggestions and health coaching services, as well as functional medicine lab work and lifestyle recommendations, to help my clients achieve natural healing. My passion is to enable my clients to thrive in both health and life by addressing the root of their health issues. My mission is to facilitate your journey towards feeling complete and whole again, which brings me immense joy.
